Comments: Hi everyone- remember Houndy the "Found Hound" & her sistah, Lumpy da Beagler? Someone must recall- I know Nancy will. How the heck do I get back on the Drool? I registered & think I did it correctly. Never know w/me these days. My girl Judy the Puppymill NO More girl made her trip to the Bridge at home on 8-26-11, in my arms. I still grieve for her, not a day has passed that she's my not in my mind.Toby wasn't the same after Judy left.He went to the Bridge on 3-20-12.My "Mr. Food guy. Willow is blind but barootiful& Andy is my lovey lil boy. And my Moo-Moo, who no matter how much I loved & trained-he continued to bite me. Such a beautiful Hound, but I think VERY bad breeding was in the cards. My only comfort is that he is free of his demons, happy & playing as he should have been here. I welcome any help in getting back on the DD. Pam & the Fur Kidz

Comments: I am a basset lover. I had 2 but lost one in a custody battle and my current basset, "Rage" was due to be put to sleep but I couldn't let that happen. I love the newsletter.

Comments: I'm in need of help...I have two wonderful basset hounds that need a new home. Daisy Mae and Tank are 7 years young and very sweet and loving. They are brother and sister and are very attached to each other so they must continue to live together. We are moving to a new home and my elderly parents are moving in with us due to health issues. My mother alone has had both knees replaced and 3 back surgeries. Due to their happy go lucky personality it would not be safe for my parents if we keep Daisy and Tank. Therefore I need to find them a new loving home together. Please help me find them a safe loving place. We live in the Greeley Colorado area.

Comments: Hello Droolers! I used to be an active member of the Drool many years ago when I was slave to Beau and Pwincess Clementine (both ATB). After my little Clemmie passed over to join Beau, my heart wasn't into Drooling on a daily basis. My husband and I adopted a wonderful boy basset, Desmond soon after and life was good until Doug (husband) nearly died in 2003. He survived thanks in great part to wonderful doctors and understanding security people who let me sneak Desi in to see him in the ICU. Our family was completed in 2004 when Miss Lucy came bounding into our lives. She had been a stray and brought joy, cuddles and silliness to our family. Sadly, she went to see Beau and Clemmie this past September and we all miss her tons. Sorry to have gone on so long, but I wanted to check in and send slurps to any friends who remember the crazy Campbells from NH. We so enjoyed Boardwaddling with you all (Lake Clementine notwithstanding).

Comments: In the last 2-3 yrs we have adopted three amazing bassets into our family. (Cheyenne, Chief, and Cali) Brailee, our daughter bonded instantly w/Cheyenne; so, we gave her to our daughter and son-in-law as their wedding present. Our whole family's in love w/our bassets! They take up our whole bed(sharing w/my little Peek-a-Chu, our Maine Coon kitty)and of course..my husband and me! We will surely have a pair(or more)bassets as family forever!
